What is the size of one carat princess-cut diamonds 0.75?
I try to buy a diamond engagement ring online but I have not seen the size of the diamond center. I can not decide if I should upgrade to a 1ct center, or if 0.75 is large enough. So my question is the size in mm or inches, the average diameter of 0.75 carat princess cut diamond (I know there are a few variants). I just want a general idea. If you know much more how a 1 carat is too much, it would be great! Thank you
It depends on how the stone is cut. I badly cut 0.75 carat diamond will look over the top (one that's just cut to look bigger), but it will not spark nearly as well as a well-cut diamond with a well-proportioned table and depth. The best way to get a visual of the size of the diamonds in the online search is to obtain a good leader and a piece of paper the Bank. If you buy a diamond that is cut to look more, it does not reflect proper light and it will be a failure. A 0.75 carat diamond that is cut ache just to look around 1 carat may seem a little on your finger, but it does not bounce the light around the room like a small, but better quality cut diamond would be.
