Decorator Wall
Is there a professional decorator in the house?
I’m going to paint a small (11×12) bedroom a seafoam green.
West wall is where doorway and closet doors are.
East wall has a window in the middle.
North and south walls are whole.
I want to sponge-paint two of these walls (same seafoam, w/light cream) and paint the other two walls in all seafoam.
Which two walls to sponge-paint?

As a certified Interior Designer here is my advice: do not sponge paint at all. It’s a pretty kitschy and dated. Paint the walls cream and bring in the green with curtains/accessories.
If you do have your heart set on sponge painting do only the focal wall. In a bedroom that would be the wall the bed is on. And don’t paint the other walls green, paint them cream. If you paint 2 walls green and sponge the other two it will be havoc. The focal point (and place to rest your eye) will be too confusing and it will make the small room look even smaller.
To make a bedroom a soothing place, use the cream throughout the majority of the space and bring in just a few green accents. They will POP!
