How many pull ups do I need to do a day to have that “curve” of muscle on your arm??
i am 5.8 135 pounds. My arms arn’t fat but there not real skinny, just average. How many pull ups sould i do daily to gain that curve of muscle in my shoulder/triceps before august!?
aits not necessarily the amount you do, or jsut doing pull ups…
the question becomes,.. how many can you do in one sitting before being burned out now?
you want to try and mix them in with some other workout exercises,..
like bicep curls
if you do multiple sets of bicep curls, mixed with some pull ups, and a couple other exercises, you’ll tone your arms up some in a couple months real nice.
