Cold Red
What seasoning should I put on top of my plain cold red tomatoes? (Snack item)?
I am trying to eat healthy so I thought if I eat a tomato every day/other day it will help curb my appetite.
So far, I have a low fat healthy spray of italian dressing I add to them. Just a little bit. Is there anything else that would taste great?
(Besides salt/pepper?)
During the summer I often take fresh garden tomatoes and slice them in wedges. I then chop some fresh basil and sprinkle it on top, next I drizzle some olive oil and lastly.. sprinkle some feta. ( a crumbley greek cheese)
It is always a hit.
