Cold Heat
Had meniscus surgery last week.Should I use cold or heat for pain after overusing knee today?
I had meniscus surgery last week. Been doing fine, but walked too much yesterday. Should I still put cold on it if it hurts, or would heat be better (plus painkiller like Tylenol)?
well, hot or cold application may be useful…… try contrast bath also….. that is, apply heat for 3 minutes first and then cold for 2 minutes….. continue this sequence for 20 minutes….. it will be useful…..
