Depends on where you live. In a state that is perfectly legal. In others, it is not. Even in states where it is illegal, no one can say with certainty whether or not you will be charged. It depends on whether the police / prosecutor discovered and if they are particularly gung-ho about prosecuting teenagers having sex.
