What hardware do I use for a model home of your dreams?
Im a carpenter and the editor and machinest. I wanted to build a simular dream home to your laptop. I already found and develop a master plan. Whats the next step after I build a model? i do talk to the government or someone else? IM planning to build in North Carolina and I do not hold a certificate and diplomas for. but What are the skills required for the construction of your own?
If you plan to build it yourself, you need to obtain a building permit. The permit must specify the land and their building. You have to trace all the utilities that go to the house. I must say that although being a carpenter / designer / machinest, you lack some of the trades necessary to build a house on your own. Do you plan to barter services, or simply outsource the work. Another note, some areas are more difficult to get permits than others. Also, you may need consider the number of inspectors from the site. It might take some time for going out, and if he does not agree then you must wait. They need to inspect the different stages of your development, which should be a factor when considering such a project. On the other hand the county, we just moved two is a small town with two inspectors. The relaxed atmosphere makes it easier to accomplish.
