Air Humidifier
for asthma what is better, air purifier, humidifier, vaporizer?
I have asthma and allergies bad real and need relief. I bought an air purifier, but it seems dry air. I need relief breathing during sleep. Suggestions?
My suggestion would be an air purifier. There are really good on the market. Your problem is with water vapor allergens not. If you feel the air is too dry than to create a humidifier, but the cleansing is more important. Make sure if you set up a humidifier you keep it clean. You can tap water or distilled water or almost anything in them, but the problem is that if you do not thoroughly cleaned every two days with a bleach solution can grow bacteria. Run the unit with bleach for a few minutes (in another room) then it goes into all parts of work .. Then run tap water through it to ensure that you rinse the bleach. If you let go, humidifiers tend to be a good breeding ground for bacteria and then you're just spreading the bacteria throughout the room. And as I said it makes no difference if you use tap water, distilled water or even sterile because that the humidifier is drawing in bacteria from the air around her. If your worried about your hydration is much better to do Internally, drinking water, juice, etc. I can not overemphasize the importance of staying well hydrated asthma. If you dehydrated and get an attack you're already starting with a strike against you. If you are well hydrated you minimize the seriousness the thickness of the lining of the airways and blocking the same.
