Tanzania African Safari Family Holiday – - Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, Lake Manyara Tree Lodge, Tarangire Shared Camp and Breezes Beach Club
Day 1 – Coffee Arusha Lodge, Arusha, Tanzania
Upon arrival of your international flight to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Kenya, in contact with one hour regular flight to Arusha, Tanzania. On arrival you will be greeted and transferred by road to Arusha Coffee Lodge where you stay for one night (room and breakfast).
A holiday safari in Tanzania will provide both you and your family with memories of fantastic safari. Tanzania has some of the pavilions the most luxurious and wonderful guides for the perfect African safari and with only a short flight to Zanzibar you can relax on one of the finest beaches in Africa.
Opened in December 2001, Arusha Coffee Lodge is stylish, comfortable and efficient and is an ideal to acclimatise before your safari.
The Lodge consists of 23 luxury chalets which are creatively decorated. Each luxurious chalet is spaced in green coffee grove to ensure privacy and loneliness. The beds are very comfortable and furnishings are of superior quality with lots of interesting coffee themed artifacts. There is even a small living room with sofa and chairs outside the room. The elegant bathrooms are large with facilities including bath and shower Nice. One of the nicest features is the private wooden deck attached to each chalet, overlooking the coffee plantation. As the majority of arrivals are at night, the bridge provides a great place the morning your first experience sights and sounds of Africa. You might spot the first wildlife of your safari as vervet monkeys can be considered as they climb around
There is a swimming pool and hot tub behind the reception and restaurant, and also houses a great bar and lounge which offers a good atmosphere.
Days 2-8
Over the Next Seven days you will be taken to a private game safari in a fully equipped four wheel drive vehicle with radio and a very experienced driver / guide. You will be able to go wherever you want, whenever you want, and can vary your activities include walking, when possible, and game discs without limit, while visiting some of the most famous Tanzania and the conservation of national park areas (including all meals and activities).
Days 2 and 3 – The Tree Camp, Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, Tanzania
In the morning, you will be welcomed and taken on the road in a westerly direction for about four hours to Ngorongoro Crater Lodge in the north Tanzania, where you stay two nights at the camp of the tree.
Perched atop the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater and surrounded by some of the most spectacular flora and fauna, Ngorongoro Crater Lodge offers accommodation set in a truly unique environment. Tree Camp has just six suites, each with Victorian tub, shower, a large canopy bed, armchairs and massage room. There are several verandas, each with a magnificent view of the crater 80miles_ below you.
Inspired by ancient African architecture, the lodge offers modern and comfortable accommodation in harmony with the natural splendor its environment and takes the form of three small villages. Each village has a breathtaking view of the crater floor 500 meters below.
There are three attractive bars and a tree house charm. Hearty breakfasts, buffet lunches and four dinners quell appetites sharpened by the air fresh and exciting safari.
On the morning of Day 3 your driver will take you down into the crater for a morning viewing Game Safari. When the crater is occupied, you quit and get to know the region and one of the small craters, before returning to hostel.
Ngorongoro Crater was originally a volcano than Mount Kilimanjaro but approximately three million years a series of eruptions caused huge center to fade forming a broad volcanic caldera ten miles wide. The floor of the caldera is 1500ft below the rim and the area 80-mile_ live 20,000 animals of all kinds. There are thousands of wildebeest, zebras, antelopes, giraffes and other plains game, lion, leopard, hyena and bat-eared fox and seventeen rhinoceros have been preserved from the poachers and are beginning to bloom again. Animals in the crater are used for the presence of humanity, making it a good area for wildlife photography, particularly as the crater floor is so diverse with areas of marsh, forest and dry savannah grassland, all within the context of the forested crater walls.
In the southern quarter of the crater lies Lake Magadi which is a haven for waterbirds and you can often see herds of thousands of pink flamingos gathered in one corner making their raucous calls and presenting a mass of wings Rose, neck and legs.
In the north-east of Ngorongoro lie other craters, such as Empakai and Ol Moti, who offer excellent opportunities walking and if you visit Empakai you can descend into the crater of steep forest and enjoy the beautiful lake that lies in its base. From time to time you meet With scarlet hidden Maasai graze their cows and goats, and for guests staying a little longer in Ngorongoro it would be possible to visit Maasai boma to see something of their lifestyle.
Days 4 and 5 – Lake Manyara Tree Lodge, Lake Manyara, Tanzania
Today you will take two hours in a southwesterly direction towards the Rift Valley to Lake Manyara Tree Lodge where you stay two nights.
Lake Manyara Tree Lodge is the only flag to Within Lake Manyara National Park. It is one of the most luxurious chalets and elegant small in Tanzania with ten imaginatively designed house suites the tree in local timber, set on stilts in the middle of huge mahogany trees. Each suite is elegantly furnished with a comfortable bed, sitting area and a bathroom with tub good, and an outdoor shower. You can admire the rich forest through your window and your game viewing outside bridge. Between safaris you can relax in the lounges and you can take a dip in the pool. Safari safaris are enjoyed in open vehicles with your guide and walk with Masai Warriors special.
Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its tree climbing lions and its abundance of spectacular forests. You find sausage trees, huge pods being much sought after by the local elephants, cactus like candelabra trees, mahogany, fig and acacia trees – all down to the beautiful waters of Lake Manyara. Wildlife includes lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, giraffes and a host of small creatures, and more than three hundred and fifty species of birds that you will have the opportunity to see everything on your private safari game drive with your guide.
Days 6 and 7 – Tarangire Nomad shared Camp – Tarangire National Park, Tanzania
Today you will be taken on a game drive two hours to east of Tarangire where you stay two nights in a shared "traditional" camp.
Tarangire is one of the most beautiful national parks in East Africa. The goal of any safari here is the Tarangire River, a meandering river beautiful shallow provides a reliable source of water for large herds of elephants, antelope, buffalo and big cats, which inhabit Tarangire. The most exciting time to visit is from June to late October when the water becomes even more important and more 3,000 elephant migrate into Tarangire Manyara. One of the most attractive aspects of this national park is the variety of vegetation that includes areas of open grassland, riparian Bush, a country of hills and wetlands and swamps, all of which supports a variety of species particularly wide. The trees of Tarangire are particularly attractive and include thousands of huge old baobabs, acacia, candelabra cactus, mahogany and sausage trees, with their huge pods that are much more favored by the elephants.
Nomad Safaris have set up a semi-permanent camp which operates throughout the dry season and is on a private land area where you can enjoy all the Tarangire has to offer by vehicle both during the day and night, and walks that are fascinating in this beautiful country bordering that lets you touch things, examine tracks and learn the basics Crafts bush. This semi permanent camp Bush is based on a model that has been used for many years in the Serengeti with large walk in tents proper beds, simple safari furniture and a bathroom down long toilet and shower Bush. A team of competent support gay and directs the camp and a experienced chef prepares amazingly delicious meals that are more pleasant to be taken in this beautiful and remote corner of Africa.
Days 8-12 – Breezes Beach Club, Zanzibar, Tanzania
In the morning you will be transferred to Arusha for two hours on a scheduled flight departing at 1215 in Zanzibar. On arrival at 1345 you will be welcomed and taken to Breezes Beach Club where you stay for five nights in a room facing the ocean (half board).
Breezes Beach Club is situated along a white sand beach lined with palm trees.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious and fully air conditioned, with luxurious bathrooms, and are all tastefully furnished in authentic style of Zanzibar. There are three bars, a swimming pool and three restaurants, which serve exceptional cuisine with local spices, tropical fruits and delicacies from the ocean Indian. The Breakers Lunch Restaurant serves barbecues on the beach in the shade of palm trees.
You can enjoy a wide variety of facilities recreational marine activities include windsurfing and pedal boats, and there is also a swimming pool, lighted tennis court and a fitness center and aerobics. The Bazaar shop sells a variety of fine art from Africa and crafts.
In this beautiful setting, reflecting a sophisticated Swahili style enhanced with scented candles and spice flavors, you can enjoy a variety of treatments and therapies, all aimed at alleviating the negative effects of a modern lifestyle such as stress and exhaustion.

Day13
You will be transferred to Zanzibar to board a scheduled flight departing at Airport Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta in 1630. Arrival in 1800 and continue your flight to return.
